It's Skin: Power 10 Formula VB Effector

I like to buy things all the freaking from time to time.
I especially like to hoard collect asian skincare products.

I bought this some time ago from gmarket because I thought it would help tone down the oiliness of my skin. I've used it a handful of times.
Unfortunately, I don't like it. I dunno...I guess it just doesn't work on me.

Ingredient list in korean:
정제수, 에탄올, 부틸렌글라이콜, 폴리글루타믹애씨드, 글리세린, 카보머, 트리에탄올아민, 나이아신아마이드, 메칠파라벤, 오미자추출물, 황백추출물, 향료, 아밀로덱스트린, 칼슘판토테네이트, 말토덱스트린, 클로페네신, 소듐아스코빌포스페이트, 디소듐이디티에이, 토코페릴아세테이트, 피리독신에이치씨엘, 실리카

Ingredient list 'google translated':
Water, ethanol, butilrengeulrayikol, Mick Foley posts her doubles seed, Glycerin, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, niacinamide, mechilparaben,Schisandra chinensis extract, Pa extract, spices, ahmilrodekseuteurin, calcium plate rim Nate Sat, maltodextrin, Clovis penesin, sodyumahseukobilposeupeyiteu, skin., tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine H.CL, silica
....
Ingredient list through listening phonetically, guestimating, googling the korean words and getting lucky:
Water, ethanol, butyleneglycol, polyglutamic acid, glycerin, carbomer, triethanloamine, niacinamide, methylparaben, Schisandra chinesis extract, phellodendron bark/cork tree bark/huang bai extract, perfume, amylodextrin, calcium pentothenate (vitamin B5), maltodextrin, chlorphenesin, sodiumascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C derivative), disodium edta, tocopheryl accetate (vitamin E acetate), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), silica

What it is/does (supposedly):
Oil free essence containing Vitamin B6 which controls the secretion of sebum. Also balances the natural moisture and oils and mitigating any skin.

It is heavily perfumed. I'm not very good at describing smells, but it has a floral, cool-like, sharp scent. It is a watery serum and absorbs fast into the skin. After letting it absorb, the skin feels pretty much the same.

I used it after toner but before applying sunscreen.
After a 2-3 hours, my skin is slightly shiny/oily. Not  much different from without using it. But around 5 hours after applying it, I notice my skin gets very oily, and my skin becomes very pink. Sure, my cheeks have a slight pinkness to them, but after using it I looked completely flushed and noticeably more pink!!! When I wasn't using it, I would only look slightly pink and not completely flushed! I also wouldn't  oil up like I did when I was using it.

I noticed that by the next day after  using it, my skin would get dry and flaky. The skin of the fingers I used to apply it on were also dry and flaky.

So yeah...it didn't work for me.
